At our March discussion forum Dr Jeremy Wight, Director of Public Health for Sheffield dicussed the extension to the 'Healthy lives, healthy people' consultation. The consultation looked at the proposed funding for public health and the role local authorities will have in improving the health and wellbeing of their populations. LINk submitted its response to the consultation before the 1 April closing date.
