Sheffield LINk is researching the experiences of people who have had or who have asked for an assessment for equipment and adaptations in the last year. This is part of the work of our Equipment and Adaptations Action Group, which is working with Sheffield City Council (SCC) to review the assessment process. We are also lucky to have Stacey Hartshorn - who is joining us on placement from the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme for 7 weeks - to analyse the findings.Most questionnaires have been sent out directly by SCC for confidentiality reasons. However, if you have applied for an assessment in the last year and would like to help our research, please contact us on 0114 253 6690. We will send you a questionnaire or can even help you to complete it over the phone. It will only take 10 minutes. The closing date is 30 September. |
