| Authorised Representatives |

Sheffield LINk has a group of Authorised Representatives who have completed their training and can undertake visits on behalf of the LINk. Their role is to observe how local health and social care services are being provided, what is being done really well, identify examples of good practice and whether the needs and preferences of the community are being met. They will also document recommendations for improvement where things are not so good, or where there are gaps in provision. Sheffield LINk is required by law to publish the names of its Authorised Representatives. They are: Anne Ashby, Alan Carter, Diana Charles, Diane Davies, Jim Friday, Lee Harker, Alice Riddell, Helen Rowe, Mike Smith, Maureen Stoneman, Patricia Woods, Sheila Wright, Jennifer Underhay, Diane StirtonĀ and Enid Wyer. A number of others are awaiting CRB and other checks and their names will be added once these are complete. If you are interested in becoming an authorised representative, please complete the interest form or contact the support team on 0114 253 6690 and we will let you know what it involves and when our next training will take place. |
